The film says an elite global cabal doesn't pull the strings in world events but then eludes to 5th generation warfare attacks. By whom? NDAA bill authorizes surveillance actions against the American people among other boondoggle for 800 billion dollars. Hunter Biden cries about persecution after living a criminal lifestyle and being the bag man for the Biden crime family.
