The US Supreme Court is arguing that trade tariffs levied against foreign countries are somehow taxes of Americans which are outside the purview of the executive branch. They are not. Zoh.ran Mamdani's election as mayor of America's largest city is socialism's initial grasp around the throat of the United States.
