National Guard Shooter Sent By CIA To Undermine Trump Admin Policy
It's clear now that there is no evidence that the shooter, Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who was a killer trained by the CIA, was radicalized into islamic jihad. It is also clear that the killing is being used by opponents of the Trump Administration to smear the president and his policies. That's called motive.
